Each and every order is important to us and we strive to provide you with exactly what you envision. Flowers are a lovely, yet perishable, part of nature so we work hard to treat our flowers well to ensure quality, durability and beauty in each arrangement. If you are not completely satisfied, please call us right away so we can make it right.
Substitutions: Ivy Lane Flowers reserves to right to substitute flowers as needed based on availability and quality. Due to the seasonality and availability of flowers, it sometimes is necessary for us to make subsititutions of equal or greater value. We will keep the general theme and palatte consistent.
Deliveries:
If recipient is not home, the delivery person may leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.Recipient maybe contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he/they will be home to accept the delivery.
Request to leave item at door: We don't like to do this one! The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements on a porch, doorstep or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement personally. We are not responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Pickup Orders:
Arrangements scheduled to be picked up will be ready within store hours. The shop is open Tuesday-Saturday 10:00-5:00pm. Please let us know immediately if your pick-up time changes or if a special accomodation needs to be made.
